Coffee was sitting in the bags for 40 days in a cool enviroment 10-12 degrees celsius.
All of the green coffee was Brazilian Selo Azul roasted for espresso.
Test was done by brewing espressos back to back for exactly 30 Seconds with 20g of ground coffee, same weight and same grind settings for every espresso pull.
Brewing temperature was 92-94 degrees celsius for every shot.
Results were a bit surprising in the end where 100% recyclable plastic bag performed the worse. I was expecting paper type to be the last but plastic just lost it. Industrially compostable bag performed extremly well which I was not expecting. Typical Tetrapak type with Aluminium layer was the winner. Difference between Alu and Fully Plastic bag was nearly 2 TDS! Pretty big loss of solids for quality coffee drink.
